I am writing to complain about several problems with the apartment I recently rented from you.

My friends and I are tenants in your apartment ,and we are currently students at the university

The first issue is that the heating system is not functioning .This is most urgent concern since it is quite cold at the moment.The second issue is related to the internet,which is not working properly.As students,having reliable internet access us crucial for us.

I kindly request that you address these problems at your earliest convenience.I look forward to your prompt reply
