Dear Sani,

I hope you had a great weekend, I’m writing to inform you about the plan to go to the cinema, I will not able to go with you next Sunday afternoon. I know that you are going to get a bit dissapointed but let me just explain to you why I needed to change my plan.

Actually, I have to help my brother for finishing his homework in the evening because only at that time my brother had free time to do his homework. I do not know exactly how long I will help my brother to do his homework. Additionally, I do not think that it would finish soon.

Moreover, it is better if I just give the ticket to my friend, Vio, so that he can go with you. I know him well because we went to the course together. On top of that, he has good personality and he really enjoy watching.

I believe that Vio not only give a great time at cinema but also make the most of the opportunity to talk together about the cinema. I hope you and Vio have a fun time together.
