Dear Arin,

It is been a while since we had last spoke. I hope everything is going well with you. I want to tell you that I will not able to go to the cinema with you tomorrow afternoon. I know you are going to get a bit disappointed. Let me just explain to you why I needed to change my plan.

Actually, my boss announced an important meeting for tomorrow to discuss the decline in the store’s sales this month. I do not know exactly how long the meeting is going to last because the boss will discuss marketing strategy that need to be evaluated in order to increase the store’s sales.

Moreover, it is better I give the ticket to Fatur so that he can go with you. You know him well because he is your classmate in the collage.

I believe Fatur would be able to accompany you, since he is not going to the office on that day, and he is also one of your close friends and will be a good listener for you.
