Dear officer,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the awful services . I went to your office to get new passport last 55 days ago, but not get my passport yet. Therefore, this delay results in loosing admission in that study intake.

At onset, I am the residence of Punjab state and currently I did my grade 12 in commerce field planning to go to abroad to obtain some international study experience. Afterwords when I endup with my education. I started applying for the passport and after such a long time I got my appointment date. However after all the procedures they told me that you will get your passport in between 30-45 days, but still have not got my passport. Consequently, due to delay I am not only miss my visa but also I have to wait 3 months more sitting free at home and waiting for my next intake.

Overall, I want from you that you will attention towards my application, and let me know when I am able to get my passport in my hand. Moreover, I want that from now you can change the policy and let people know about the exect date and also the benefits for the applicants if they are unable to get passport on time.
