Dear Sir, Madam,

MY name is Grisha sood. I am writing this letter regarding the issue of my new passport.

Briefly, I applied for my new passport on march 25th, 2024. However, as per the application procedure, it takes two weeks to get back the passport. Furthermore, my flight to Canada was scheduled for April 12th and my classes were to begin since april 16th.

Therefore, it has been above that two weeks that i have not received my passport. Consequently, I have missed my classes and my study intake has been deferred to september. Hence, I am extremely disappointed with this hindrance.Also, i need to rebook my flight. All in all, this has incurred significant loss in my studies.

Lastly, I request the passport inspector to look into this matter and post my passport at the mentioned address as early as possible.
