Dear Ms. Barry

I am writing to decline my job offer which you have recommended me. First off, the main predicament for not accepting this position because this work needs a lot of awareness such as quality control, deliver the product at time that leads to high level of stress sometimes. furthermore, that is remote position which is far away from my home and transportation is compromised at this place. So, its difficult for me to travel there without bus or taxi.

I am delighted to work at my current position because its comfortable as well as my field job which is also at walking distance of my residence. Moreover, I am living with my mother, suffered from heart disease so there is no one beside me who can take care of my mom. That’s why I want to stay at my recent position.

I fully realize that you offered me this position owing to my good performance at the company and having my passion related to the work. I apologize for refusing your offer and wasting your time on the interview.
