Dear Sir,
I am a life member of your Leo Sports Club. I am writing this letter in response to the notice you have sent to all the members to suggest improvements in the building.
This club is very important to me. I have been a member for the past 10 years. I regularly come here with my family to play badminton and use the swimming pool. However, I do agree that the building’s condition is very bad, and I hope necessary repairs will be made.
The whole building needs a fresh coat of paint. The changing rooms need a few changes, as the doors and windows are all broken. As a result, anyone can enter these rooms at any time, which is inconvenient. Also, the curtains must be replaced because they smell bad.
The dustbins in the club are also dirty, and the swimming pool needs a new filter.
All these changes will benefit the club members. Many members are not renewing their membership because of these issues. If these problems are resolved, the club will completely change and get back to its original glory.
I hope you will check my suggestions.
Yours faithfully,
Asim Myonhar
