Dear Luis ,

I am writing a letter in response for an advertisement I saw on a poster that said it is going to organise an event to celebrate well-known food from around the world. and as a member of the International students’club I want to participate with a dish that is so popular in our Country.

As the contest is taking part next month I have decided to make an outstanding dish that almost all the people from my country love and cherish especially during a sacred day which is friday.

I am going to make Couscous with Courgets and soup. it’s an easy recipe with simple ingredients but it’s quite hard process to prapare because you have to boil Couscous using hot water with very sophisticated Cooker after the boiling is over put the dish in a pan and wait until it gets cooler.After that I need to add the soup on top of it and decorate it with courgets.

This delicious dish has to be included in this event as it reflects our traditions as an Algerian people. It also represents an identity of a Country.
