Dear Luis,
Hi, how are you doing?
Sorry I didn’t participate in the Club’s previous event, I was busy taking care of Lucy. I’m writing now to suggest a making a dish for the upcoming event.
I was excited to find about the subject of our next gathering and I would like to prepare an Iranian dish, called Kashk-e-bademjun.
It is basically a mix of fried eggplants, fried onions and dried youghurt. Before serving, we would also add a little bit of fried mint for garnish.
Often served as a side dish, Kashk-e-bademjun is extremely popular in my country. I have made it for my non-Iranian friends, all of whom really liked it. It is also a perfect choice for vegan attendees of the event. So, I think its inclusion would make a great impression.
Let me know what you think about it, and if you want, I can make some for you to help you make the decision.
Take care,
Soodeh
