Dear Luis,

I hope this letter find you well. I’m excited about upcoming event to celebrate popular foods from around the world. I would love to offering a well-know dish from my country, Thailand.

The dish I would like to bring Pad-thai, a traditional Thai stir-f-fried noodle dish. It is made with rice noodles, eggs, tofu or shrimp, and a variety of vegetables, all stir-fried together and flavored with tamarind, fish sauce, lime, and peanuts. It’s a very popular street food in Thailand.

I believe that Pad Thai should be included in the event because it represents the essence of Thai cuisine, which is known for its balance of flavors. It’s also a dish that is enjoyed by people all over the world, and I’m sure it will be a hit at the event. I’d be happy to prepare it and share it with the other students, giving them a chance to experience a taste of Thailand.
