Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Jayanti, an International student from Indonesia. I am a student at a language school in New Zealand which is studying Business English. I am writing to you to complain about the cancellation of Summer placement programme.

Allow me to describe my problems and my concerns. If this Summer placement programme has been cancelled, it would be broken my hope to study as long as I know that the programme is one of my wishes and my parents would be dissapointed. They probably already imagined I am studying in New Zealand. How can I explain this to my parents? Once it is cancelled, I would like to request a refund because I have prepared a lot for this and live far away. If you do not mind, then I am waiting for some compensation.
