Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing you this letter to complain about the cancellation of summer work placement program which including me has become an epicenter of stress for a lot of students.

As you are already aware that we have to enroll our self in this program for successful completion of our 3rd semester. The announcement board informed us today that school management has decided to cancel this program which is a very concerning to all the student in Business English. The unavailability of this program would prevent us from passing this semester which I am sure you do not want to be happening.

I would humbly request the school committee to reverse this decision and bring this program back in the school’s curriculum. I hope to hear back a positive response from you soon.
