Dear Sir,

I am Raj deep, a tenant of your property at Cleta drive. I Hope you are doing well. I am writing you letter for the fixture of hot water and heating problem.

I have talked to you about this matter a week ago, and you ensure you are sending a handyman. On his visit, he find a problem in a boiler which he was not able to resolve it.

I told you about the same. You ensure you will send any professional repairer. But, despite the 5 days no one came to the property yet.

Please, it’s a humble request to you that try to solve this issue as early as possible. In the winter time, it is very hard to survive without the heating and hot water.

I am hoping you will look out this situation and try to fix the things.
