Dear Sir John,
I am writing to express my concerns about your notice. I am afraid that I cannot leave an apartment by next month due to my fractured leg. Unfortunately, I have my leg broken and I am not able to elevate heavy furnishings, such as a dresser, a sofa, and a kitchen table. So, I want to ask you to postpone my leaving.
Furtermore, there are no rental rooms available at the moment in London, and I struggle to find apartments in neighbourhood regions. Thus it is known that I can legally stay here for more time looking for new home.
At last, I can offer to pay higher rent charge for your real estate and temporarily occupy only one room in your apartment. I want to apologise for any inconveniences that I cause.
I would be grateful if you could respond at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Maksim Rudakov
