Dear John,

I hope this latter finds you well. I am happy that you will stay in my place while I am on the Italy trip. once you get to the location I sent to you, you can get the keys from my neighbour Ali at apartment numbre 6. you have to be there by 3 pm maximum as he go to work after that.

The flat is cosy and you will love it. However, there are some instructures you may have to do. please water the plants in the balcony it’s fragile so you have to be careful with them. also don’t sleep while the heater is on, that causes a malfunction because it’s kind of old.

As you know, I am living in a very vital city very close to the capital so you can enjoy many activities there. for example, you can visit the new cinema next to the supermarket, it has a massive high quality screen with all Hollywood films.

I hope you enjoy your stay and please take care of my appartment.
