Hope you are doing well

I am writing this letter to you to infome you that I was a student of a Bluegill University in 2016 , I regitered for interviews with prospective students in a volunteer program, later I has been assigned to have an interview.

KIndly I would like to inform all students, the interview about collecting some personal informatons about the time each student study also all activities doing in daily and weekly. Also I hope if any one wants to cancel his interview appointment should be fill applicantion before at least 72 hours, In additing must mention clearly the reason and the new day, also everyone should know can not cancel the second appointment .

Finally I hope all students committed with interview appointment in the same time which we signed for them, the location will be in the registeration office in the university.
