Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing about the new stationery that needs to be bought for the daily office usage. To begin, our branch has a strong customer base so that every day we need to print pages between 50 and 100. Although we have emergency stock available, it will finish by the mid of August. If we will not purchase new stationery now then the entire branch operations can be affected for some time.
Considering our branch day to day needs, the printer ink and paper are required because the unavailability of both of these items can halt the branch work. Additionally, there are also other items required, such as pencils and rubbers.
Given the circumstances, could you please suggest me the way how to order the mentioned stationery items? I previously ordered these items online through our branch internal application system; however, now the mechanism has been changed and I am not aware of anything. I understand that it might be challenging, but I would greatly appreciate your efforts to answer my queries promptly.
