I am writing to provide some new stationary supplies for our office, branch number 3.
2 new employees are joining us next week, therefore, we will need some new stationary supplies for them. moreover, some of our supplies are old or out of function. Thus, there is total need for some new stationary.
The most important of our needs is 2 new desks. According to the office size, big size desks would not be suitable for us but the medium size will be ok. New employees and even senior members need to write down so we should provide 8 notebooks and 16 pens, 8 blue pen and 8 red one. The last but not the least, all of laptops are in use, thus, 2 new one is necessary.
