Dear professor,

I am writing this letter to express my inability to continuing part time course ‘ The human anatomy’ , which I am doing in evening batch in christian medical college.

The reason for discontinuing the course is that my regular studying college is taking all student of nursing for clinical trainings in another city for at least six months.

The distance between two cities is about 500 kilometre which is impossible for me to cover everyday. So, I would definitely like to continue this course in next intake which is in January.

Sir, I would be very grateful if you could get me a tuition fee refund so that I can apply for next batch. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
