Dear Mr Samson,

I am writing to resquest an accommodation for a month, in San Francisco town center. I would appreciate, if you could rent room for me.

I am being sent for work assignment in that city for one next 30 days, between 1-30th of November in Castro Street. I would like to book a home around that street , when I could stay during my workloading.

I prefer a detached or semi-detached residence furnished, with a large bedroom , modern bathroom, good kitchen with fridge and coffee machine. I will be happy if there are also desk with chair and, also a Television with international stations and wifi. Another important thing is a laundry room with washers , dryers as well as iron for washing my clothes.

My flight will arrive in Califormia the first of November at 5 A.M and, I plan to leave a thirty of the same month , at 22 P.M. Thank you for your availability.
