Dear Mr. Samson.

The reason why I am writing to you that I want to rent a house for a month until I am ending my job in San Francisco.

Now I urgently need a house so that I writing to you. I came from San Francisco 2 days ago and this days I am living in my friend’s apartment. I have stayed at his house long enough. I don’t want to trouble him. So today I am looking for renting houses. Among the announcements I found your announcement. In your advertisement I read about different types of houses so that I have decided to write to you. Until I came to San Francisco I lived in semi-detached house in my hometown, but in this city I couldn’t found house in this condition, because in San Francisco a lot of apartment buildings, as well as many kinds of tiny houses. However, you have wroten in your announcement that you have a semi-detached house. So that if it is possible to give me this house for month I will gladly accept. At the end ot the letter I look forward to your reply. Your sincerely, Billy Smith.
