Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my feelings about working in a postal department. I have been working in this area for the past five years and continuously working on the same assignment does not give me a sense of fulfillment at the end of the day. I would like to move to the submission department at the front desk for a change of environment.

I Have been working as a postal application submission, checking and submitting the application in the system. This work does not thrill me anymore. Also, it is the same task which I have to perform every day. There is no human interaction which provides a sense of dissatisfaction, unfulfillment and became boring. I feel like I am not growing in my life. and my career aspirations are stuck somewhere.

I wanted to request you to change my position in the front line department, which give me new challenges and when I will be done. I may feel like, I have achieved something. Not only this, it will be beneficial for the company, due to my communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills which are essential for the submission officer, as they find ways to help people.
