Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to confirm the details of volunteers for the incoming volunteer activity I am coordinating at the charity.

This event is scheduled to commence on the 19th of May, which is the last Friday of the month. The time was initially set for 12pm that afternoon, but it was decided that seeing the acitivities will be carried out in an outdoor setting, a little into the afternoon will be most suited for the event so the new time and venue will be 4pm at the center of the playfield park beside the children playground.

The aim of this charity is to gather support for the children of our community therefore, there will be a large number of cars as well children and parents so, we will need volunteers to organize the parking lots, usher the parents and children to the sitting area and tutors to ensure the event is successful.

The event will be a busy one therefore, it is required that all volunteers appear in the same apparel for easy identification. The color blue was selected to be worn by volunteers.
