Dear Mr. Don Carlo Anchelotti.

I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to move into the rented apartment next month as originally planned. In this letter, I would like to explain my situation, outline the problems I am currently facing, and let you know when I expect to be able to relocate.

Unfortunately, I have encountered some unexpected personal and financial difficulties. At the moment, I am dealing with urgent family matters that require my attention, and I also need some extra time to finalize my job-related paperwork and payments. Because of this, relocating next month has become impossible.

As we deal, I am moving into your apartment due to my former apartment’s distance is too far from the central part of the city.
