Dear Ali,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I’m more than exciting to start working with you next week. That’s why, I am so sorry to inform you that I won’t be able to enroll the job next week.

Unfourtaly, my wife has been fighting Cancer in the past six months, and her treatment here in the USA is no longer effective. That’s why we need to travel all the way to Germany for a new way to treat this cancer. I will be gone at least two weeks to be with her. I don’t excpect you to pay me through this time, but I really dont want to mess this huge opprotunity. that’s why I am wondering if you are open to working remotly or kickoff after three weeks from now.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support. I am looking forward your response.
