I am writing to let you know that I am facing financial problems which have crippled me to pay my rent on time.

Let me explain the situation. Due to my academic pursuits, I must pay fees in advance to get the admission in the Cost Estimation course. Given high demand of the course, the university has decided to ask students to deposit the fees in advance to get the admission. Consequently, I am unable to pay the rent.

With regard to the payment of the rent, I ensure you that I will pay the rent in the next month i.e., August.

In light of the concerns, I guarantee you that I will pay the rent at the designated date in future, as I am expecting a raise in my salary from my employer due to my extraordinary performance,
