This chart shows the rate of the use of the Internet in a society from 2011 to 2016 categorized by age. A general perception of this bar chart gives information of constant decrement in Internet usage in elders.
The most use of this technology is in young adults with 80 percent rate or even more. Old men and women who are more than 65 years old have the least dedicated time to the Internet which is about 45 percent. This chart made 10-year-age groups for analysis. Adults in 25 to 34 year-olds use the Internet approximately 80 percent and the age group of 35 to 44 year-olds have more than 70 percent usage. In contrast, older people in society dedicate themselves to less than 70 percent Internet usage.
So, these data indicate a gradual decrease when we seek older groups one by one. But, we can see that most young adults 18 to 24 are dependent on the Internet in their lives.
