Dear Training Organiser,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I really interested in being the social events organiser.

Firstly, I am really excited about being a part of the social events, I like to socialize with new people and it just makes me happy to meet them. I also love to help out and provide assistance to them in case they need something.

About the events’ information, may I know When will it be? And what kind of person are you looking for? So that I can prepare myself well in advance.

Furthermore, for the experience, I have been a participant in my campus events and it is about advertising my major. I also have other experiences such as being a host and performer.

I hope you can consider me to be a part of the social events’ organizer and may this letter reach you.
