Hi Sara,

I’m just writing to let you know that I’d be on vacation next month and I’d like to see if you could take care of my dog while I’m away.

As you know that I always wanted vacationing to Cuba and due to my work its always been delayed. Well, last night I took a plunge and booked a two week trip to Cuba. I wanted to stay longer but my work didn’t allowed me to do so.

I’d be really thankful to you if you can take care of toto while I’m away. It won’t be laborious for you as toto is not high maintenance dog. You just have to feed him twice a day and take him for a walk each evening. There is plenty of pedigree in the upper closet in the kitchen which you can put in bowl and serve him.

I can’t wait to see you once I’m back from vacation and I’d like to take you for sushi. I know you love it and this time it w’d be on me. I ‘d also bring some antiques from Cuba as I know you love decoring your house.

Let me know if you can take care of toto.
