How are you? I haven’t seen you for a while. I am planning to hold a party for my family in the upcoming month and want to invite you to this event.

The reason I’m throwing a party is last week I got my dream job as a manager at a construction company, which made me completely happy. You know, I’ve always wanted to be the head of an engineering team. I applied for this position through a job website, and to my surprise, the recruiter called me the next day to arrange an interview. My interview with this company went so well that I was asked to sign a contract right after it.

And about the party, I have organized it very carefully to please my family members. Firstly, there will be a welcome ceremony, where the orchestra will play famous music to create a mythical entry into my party. Then, all the guests will be invited to a big hall with the tables already set. I have made a deal with the catering company that prepares delicious Oriental dishes. After dinner, my favorite local singer will perform a show.

I am inviting you to my family event because you are my best friend, who has a great personality and sense of humor. Additionally, the last time you visited my house in Los Angeles, my parents loved your company so much that they would appreciate your presence at the party. I am sure that you will enjoy yourself.
