Dear John,

I hope this letters finds you in good spirit. I am grateful for the offer of staying at your place during my vacation, However I have decided to stay at hotel, As I am travelling with my friends, so I dont want to cause any trouble or burden to you.

I would be reaching on 12th of feburary and will be there till 17th of feburary. After that we would be travelling to spain and would be staying there for one more week before heading back to home.

It has been so long that we last met, So I was hoping to catch up with you in person. I will be free between 15th to 16th of feburary, so I was hoping, if you are available at that time, We can meet at your place or anywhere else its up to you.

I am eagerly waiting for your response, hope to see you soon.
