Band 6+: You are going to study in a college in the UK next year. You would like to stay in a college Hall of Residence. Write a letter to the college. Dear Sir or Madam,

I would be studying in Southeaster University, London campus in the coming Fall session and I would like to stay in the college Hall of Residence. I am writing to you, to inquire about a few details regarding the same.

I would like the premium room with the attached bathroom allotted, as this has most of the amenities that would make me comfortable. My preference would be the room with 2 closets and the study table facing the window , which would allow ample amount of sunlight in, while I read.

I am a vegan by food preference and I hope the cafeteria provides these options. I also eat all my meals earlier than most. For example, I have my breakfast by 7 AM and I prefer to finish dinner before sunset, typically around 5:30 PM.

I understand that the above requirements may not be all possible, given that you cater to a large group each with their preferences. However, I would love to hear from you regarding the options possible along with alternatives available incase my preferences cannot be met.
