Band 4+: You are going to study in a college in the UK next year. You would like to stay in a college Hall of Residence. Write a letter to the college. In your letter explain your accommodation requirements explain what your food needs are ask what alternatives are available if they cannot provide what you want

Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding my stay in a college Hall of residence next year requesting some information about accommodation, food and other relevant stuff in case of their absence, as i have been enrolled in Masters program having Admission ID 456C3.(copy attached)

As you can see in my attached Admission Id that i have opted for cubical single cubical room as i mostly avoid sharing the room with others to focus whole-heartedly in my academic activities without any disturbance.

Moreover, i would also like to enquire about the hall mess menu as i generally prefer eating traditional Indian foods since my childhood, eating Chinese or other sort of recipes results in my stomach disorder and i often get sick.

In case, if any of the above mentioned spacing and food requirements are not provided by the Hall management, please do let me know the alternate arrangement that could be insight so, that i can start my degree which is due next year without any sort of trouble.
