Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in regard to inform you that I am going to attend your campus of United Kingdoms in upcoming year. During my studies, I would like to stay in college’s residential hall .

I want to explain you about my preferences for living. I would like to stay in fully furnished single bedroom. As I am an introvert person, so I did not feel comfortable in sharing my space. Also, I love to do self studies without any disturbance or distractions so it would be helpful for me to accomodate one room.

Additionally, I belong to Punjab hence my food choices are indian cuisines. I like to eat spicy food only. I opt to breakfast, lunch and dinner for my daily schedule. Also, I want to mention that I am allergic to mango pickle and white chickpea. That’s why request you to please do not include those food items because of my health concerns.

If you cannot provide me the particular accomodation type then staying with practical person would be good option for me. In case of food, the best alternative would be chinese snacks.
