Dear Saanvi,

As you know I recently bought a new house and due to my busy schedule I wasn’t able to host a house warming party.But this week the company gave us new year holidays , So , I decided to host a get together.I am writing to steal one of my favourite recipe of yours of sambar dosa the famous south Indian dish.

I have planned to invite all my close ones to this welcome dinner. Since the last time I ate the dosa at your house, I have been a huge fan of it and even tried making it once here but unfourtunatley the ingredients I used made the whole dish very spicy and even the crust of the dosa was sticky. Perhaps making dosa is not cup of tea. So, I want your support in helping me out here and share the whole recipe of yours including all the measurements of spices used to make it. Also, my boss is invited here and he is south Indian I would really like if he enjoys this dinner and you are my only friend from the south. I would love to have you and your family there at 6:00pm on January 09th, 2026.

Hoping to hear the recipe soon and rsvp.
