Hey Anna,

I hope you are well. I am just writing to inform that I am going to the city where you went for university.

Last month, I started running a business with a company in this city. So, my colleagues offer to run another business in their hometown. Therefore, I will have to stay there about 2 months.

In addition, I need a cozy and modern flat to live there. It would be extremely good, if the flat could be situated in the city center. Since we are eager to build business in the heart of the town.

Furthermore, I hope that you know where the best evening entertainments. I would be really grateful if you could send me the locations of them because we want to run an evening entertainment business. Therefore, I should see situations of them.

Please help me to find a flat, locations of the entertainments. It would be great if you could help us with that.
