Dear Bayo,

I hope you are doing well. I’ll love to ask if you can come for my 50th birthday party on the 15th, August 2026.

Celebrating this is a great milestone for me, and I will also be retiring at the end of May. I will appreciate if my loved ones are here to celebrate with me. I’m writing this so you can plan your schedule around this time.

The occasion will be held at an event center, which is located at Beverley Road opposite Primark. You take a bus to Hull from your bus station, and alight at the last stop, there are few buses that goes to Beverly Road which are Bus 104,5, and 7. Please make sure you have your map on and search for HU6 7AS. Then you alight at Preston Road, This building is opposite the bus-stop and you can also call my daughter she would come outside to welcome you in.

Lastly, I know you will be traveling a long distance to the party, so I intend hosting you in one of my apartments, close to the city centre if you are comfortable with that.
