Dear Mansi,

I hope you and your family are doing well. First of all, many congratulations on winning the Best Employee Award at your company. I heard about your achievement from my mother. I’m really sorry I didn’t congratulate you earlier, as I’d been extremely busy.

As you may remember, my parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this February. I’ve been planning a grand celebration for them, and I can’t believe it’s already 50 years of togetherness. Therefore, I’d love to invite you to stay with us and be part of this special occasion. The party will be held on 5th February at the Townbridge Hotel in New York, my hometown.

I’d be delighted to have you over. I’m also planning a day out in New York on 6th February. You can travel from Philadelphia to Brooklyn by express train, and it’ll only take about three hours. From the station, you can easily find a taxi that’ll drop you directly at my place. If you prefer local transport, the intercity subway is also a convenient option.

You’ll be staying at my place for the night, or at my dearest friend’s villa nearby. There’s plenty of room in both houses, so accommodation won’t be a problem at all.

I’m really looking forward to catching up with you after such a long time.
