Dear Siska,

Hows’it going? I hope you are doing well. I am planning a cultural exchange event and I am writing to invite you to contribute in this event. Detailed information will be elaborated on further.

Firstly, I would like to express the purpose of cultural exchange. We know Indonesia has a many traditions that attractive, such as Gamelan, Wayang, Reog, and traditional dance from example Kecak dance from Bali and Saman dance from Aceh. I will all of students in the world know the stunning traditions from Indonesia.

Secondly, I would like to elaborate the kind of activities that you can contribute. I want to showing Reog from Ponorogo, because of that I ask you to bring the costume and cosplay Reog together.

Thirdly, I would like to tell you information the most important. Our agenda will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2026, in Sakura Street. I will begin the agenda at 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
