Dear Jane,

I hope you are well since the last day we saw each other. I too, have been doing incredibly well. As a matter of fact, I relocated to a new suburb with an amazing apartment and a very serene environment. I have really great neighbours who warmly welcomed and orientated me around the neighbourhood.

This Sunday afternoon, I have planned a housewarming party and I would love to celebrate all these achievements with you. You have been with me through thick and thin and I wouldn’t afford to celebrate without you. My new address is 25, Mataro Rd Alaska. I will send my driver to pick you up at 3PM

I plan to prepare a variety of cuisines but I won’t miss the Chinese one since I know how much you like them. If you’re happy, you could bring a bottle of your favorite wine.
