Dear sir/Madam,

I am Aman Priyadarshi, I saw an online promotion inviting volunteers to assist with tree plantation programme in my locality. I would request you to provide me the detailed infromation regarding the same.

I am working professional in corporate company and along with this I also contribute to society by providing the free labour for social cause. I saw the ad while scrolling the Instagram on my mobile device.

I would like to get the information regarding diverse volunteer roles that are available for the event. I am open to anykind of roles but getting the detail helps me to choose the best possible option that closely align with me.

I am very much excited for this because I always wanted to contribute to the sustainable development of mankind and your initiative aligns with my goal. Furthermore plantation also help to reduce the polution in the city which will support the nobel cause for preserving the environment.
