I hope you’re all doing well. I’m writing to invite you to a weekend workshop that I’m organising, as I’ve recently taken up a new hobby – pottery – and I’d love to share it with you.

Over the past few months, I’ve been learning how to work with clay and create simple handmade items like bowls, cups, and small decorative pieces. I find it incredibly relaxing and creative, and I thought some of you might enjoy trying it as well.

The workshop will take place next Saturday, 15 March, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the community art studio on Green Street. The space is bright and fully equipped, which makes it perfect for beginners.

All basic materials, including clay and tools, will be provided. However, please bring an apron or wear old clothes, as things might get a little messy! The cost of the workshop will be €15 per person to cover the materials and studio rental.

I really hope you can join me – it would be a great opportunity to try something new and spend some quality time together. Please let me know by Wednesday if you’re interested.
