Dear Club Coordinator,

I’m writing to ask for some information about your club. I am interested in joining and would like to know more details about what the club offers.

Firstly, I would like to know what kinds of activities are available. I am looking for a club where I can take part in group events or learn something new, so it would be helpful to know what usually happens during meetings.

Secondly, could you please tell me how much the membership fee is and if there are any conditions to join? I want to make sure I meet the requirements before signing up.

Lastly, I would like to know how I can register to become a member and when the next meeting will take place. I hope to attend and get to know the other members.
