My name is Valentina, I am a 37 years old chef currently residing in Perth, and I am very interested in the job position you advertised on Seek.com.

I am convinced that I would be the right fit for your team, as I am looking for a kitchen where I can work with fresh and organic products. Also, my main interest is the focus you have in sustainable cooking and environmental friendly procedures.

I have been working as a chef for the last 5 years in Australia, mostly in fine dining restaurants. I have acquired a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
