Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sneha Shah. I have seen your advertisement regarding rented properties in your city. I am writing this letter in response to that I am looking for the flat in your city. I am moving from next month from Surat to Ahmedabad, and I have a few days left for finding my desired house.

I am a saleried, since 5 years, and lives with my husband and child. Thus, I required a flat in good locality as my family fills comfortable. My basic needs were 2BHK flat with balcony and a not top floor. Moreover, I want few aminities over there like playground, park and allotted parking space for my vehicles.

When it comes to budget, as I mentioned earlier, I am salarised person and nowadays my wife is not working because my child is in his growing age, its economical. In short, I want a neat and clean small house with few aminities which I think all societies are given. I have gone through internet and find 2-3 localities, which includes bopal, south-bopal and gota area. If possible kindly share those area’s properties details.
