Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about a house which you listed on the marketplace for rent. I am currently looking for a suitable place in your city. Due to my further study, I enrolled in the DAV College in Ambala, and it’s hard for me to commute from my village to Ambala, therefore, I have to shift to Ambala to complete my MBA.

I am looking for a house that is spacious room which should be neat and clean with an attached bathroom and a balcony for fresh air, In addition, a small kitchen with a separate drawing room is enough for me to cook. Furthermore, I would prefer a furnished house because I am not able to move my bed and other stuff here because of the long distance and arrangement.

Next month, my first semester will be going on, so I have to move here as soon as possible. Could you kindly provide the details of the rent and availability of the house as it will be very helpful for me to make a final decision.
