Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to complain that I have attended to the IELTS course for three weeks at college .

I started the IELTS intensive course by Muzaffar Abdurahimov three month ago . I was studying this course in odd days at 7.pm .

First off all , my teacher does not pay attention to the course and he is always late to the lesson . Also, this teacher does not check our homework and he should learn the communication skills , because he sometimes mistreat to the students . Thirst reason is that over the 30 students study in this course , but the course room is not enough big .

I want to transfer my IELTS course . And this course teacher responsible for the each student and I want this lesson students are not over the 10 . Also , this intensive course will organise in the evening .
