Respected Mrs Shelton,

I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to invite behalf green development committee. We will organize a meeting on 26th march 2026, Monday at 9:00 AM. It will take place at “The Grand Thaker Hotel”.

My team works to improve environment conditions and promote suitable living areas. Our committee dominant aim is creating more and better green spaces for committee.

We organize the meeting to discuss current state of green areas as well as improve possible way to maintain them. This meeting will focus on important issues. For instance, planted more plants and increasing public parks.

We would be praised if MP attend and contribute in the meeting. Her speech will be extremely valuable and helpful for us. We sincerely hope that the MP will be available to join us.
