Dear Mrs. Shelton,

I am Aastha Patel and currently serve as the secretary of the Robinson Society, Medicine Hat. As you might know, there is a committee meeting on April 27, Saturday. The main purpose of this letter is to request the presence of an MP in it.

As observed, there has been a depletion in the amount of fresh air which led to various breath diseases among people. In such a situation, it becomes important to make them realize the need for trees and greenery. It is always effective if an inspiring personality gets involved in it and addresses the issue to the people. Owing to that, everyone might be able to understand it more clearly as well as the implementation process will be quite hassle-free. Moreover, the audience would not oppose it or be stubbornly related to the plantation of trees.

I hope that you have an idea of the circumstances, and will be able to convince the respected authority to be in the meeting. Thank you for your time and I expect to hear back from you soon.
