Dear Mr. Singh,

I am writing to inform you that, there is going to be a seminar organised by me and I would like to invite you on that day.

The seminar is going to happen in the board room which is next to the biology staff department. Moreover, it will be going to last around 1 hour and 30 minutes which will include the opening remarks by the director, speech by me and later your comments.

I would love to invite you to attend it and provide your valuable insights to the students. As you are in the career focused field for more than 20 years and have previously attended many conferences, your guidance and important tips for these youngsters can help them to make successful decisons.

The presentation which I would like you to present should be about “choosing right career path” after completing their graduation. Furthermore, they are in a lot of confusion now-a-days because of numerous fields thus helping them to choose the right ones according to what they have been known for these years might be really helpful.

I hope you will definitely accept my invitation and attend it by taking out some time from your busy schedule.
